Pakorn is a Tax Partner of EPIC Legal & Tax.

 

Before joining our firm, Parkorn has practiced in every aspects of tax services at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Jaiyos for 18 years, from which he has obtained in-depth and extensive knowledge and experience. He has provided tax advice to a broad range of companies including commercial, industrial, financial, and BOI entities. Pakorn analyses the tax risks and tax implications faced by clients, and also develops tax planning proposals.

 

Pakorn has had extensive involvement in tax reviews, due diligence projects, and is experienced in providing tax representative services for clients negotiating with the Thai Revenue Department. He has assisted clients in the process of obtaining tax refunds and has also prepared tax ruling requests and tax appeals for submission to the Revenue Department.
