Phongsak Sirirakwongsa is a Thai national and Partner of EPIC Legal. He has been practicing law since 1993 and gained extensive experience in various legal and business areas from several law firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. He also worked in-house as a Legal Counsel for General Motors Thailand and Vice President of Legal Department for the Agricultural Futures Exchange of Thailand. He specializes in direct foreign investment, commercial transactions, corporate services, BOI investment promotion, taxation, merger and acquisition, property, and litigation.
